1. Age Requirement

Intimate Tales is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without notice.

2. Nature of the Service

Intimate Tales provides AI-generated adult fiction content for personal use by consenting adults. The content is entirely fictional, generated on demand, and intended for entertainment and intimacy purposes only. The service is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with minors or use the service in any way that violates applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share generated content on public platforms without appropriate age gates
• Attempt to generate content involving minors in any capacity
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the API
• Use automated means to generate stories at scale
• Impersonate another person or use the service on behalf of someone without their consent

5. Content Ownership

Stories generated through Intimate Tales are yours. You retain ownership of all content created using the service, including generated text and audio. We claim no intellectual property rights over your stories. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Free accounts are limited in the number of stories generated per month. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits with reasonable notice.

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed, including your profile, stories, audio files, and subscription information. Active subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion. This action is irreversible. Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months may be deleted along with all associated data. We will attempt to notify you by email before deletion.

8. AI and Third-Party Services

Stories and audio are generated using third-party AI services (xAI/Grok). Your story preferences and profile information are sent to these services as part of content generation. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

9. Data Retention

Your stories, profile, and audio files are retained for as long as your account is active. Audio files may be automatically cleaned up after 30 days of inactivity to manage storage. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed from our systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your expectations, be free of errors, or be available without interruption. We are not responsible for relationship outcomes based on use of this service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intimate Tales and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the age requirement and acceptable use policies, without prior notice or refund.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick.
